My name is Hengmin Tsao, you can also called me Henry! With over 6.5 years of experience in the aviation industry, from airport ground handling check-in service to sales and revenue analysis. From customer service to price management and cabin control. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of operational dynamics , strategic pricing, and customer service excellence.

I have built a solid foundation in modern software development. I’m comfortable across the full stack, designing responsive interfaces with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (React), crafting resilient back-end services with Node.js / Express, modelling data in SQL and MongoDB. beyond that, I leverage Amazon Web Services to provision secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

This blend of aviation domain insight and engineering skill lets me translate real-world operational challenges into elegant, high-impact digital products.
